Graduands shouldn’t look to Government for employment

The University Relations Officer (URO) of KNUST has advised graduands not to look unto the Government for employment

Mr. Kingsley Owusu Tabi said students should look to themselves for their full potentials and form groups with like-minded people.The URO disclosed this in an interview with Focus News on the June 14, 2011 before the 45th Congregation of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

The Congregation which starts on Monday June 20, 2011 with the college of Agriculture and Natural Resources and the college of Architecture and Planning is expected to end on Saturday, June 25 with the school of Graduate Studies.

Dignitaries expected to grace the occassion include the Chancellor of the university, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Vice Chancellor, Professor William Otoo Ellis, the Chairman of the University Council, Mr. Paul Victor Obeng, Ministers of State as well as well wishes.
